The MAX22563−MAX22566 are a family of 6-channel, reinforced, fast, low-power digital galvanic isolators using Maxim Integrated’s proprietary process technology. All devices feature reinforced isolation with a withstand voltage rating of 3.75kVRMS for 60 seconds. Both automotive and general-purpose devices are rated for operation at ambient temperatures from -40C to +125C.
