Silabs CRD-06600FF065N6.6kW双向电动汽车车载充电机设计方案

Silabs公司的CRD-06600FF065N是6.6kW高功率密度双向电动汽车车载充电机参考设计,采用Wolfspeed公司的630V C3M™SiC MOSFET和Silicon Labs公司的Si8233BB 4A双路隔离栅极驱动器,以得到大功率密度电动汽车车载充电机(OBC).参考设计采用Wolfspeed 650 V C3M™ SiC MOSFET具有高频开关性能,得到小型和轻的成本效益的系统.峰值效率为96.5%,功率密度为53 W/in^3或3 KW/L.外形尺寸为220mmx180mmx50mm.参考设计采用通用单相输入电压,90V和265V之间.输出电压250 V-450 V DC,充电模式的输出电流为18A,最大输出功率6.6kW.前端AC/DC PFC采用CCM图腾柱双向拓扑,工作频率67kHz,双向DC/DC CLLC谐振转换器,工作频率148-300 KHz.恒流,恒压或恒功率模式,独特的热沉设计能把热量从MOSFET,变压器和电感中散发出去.主要用在汽车车载充电器.本文介绍了参考设计AC/DC模式和DC/AC模式的电性能指标,主要特性和框图,以及电源主板.控制板,辅助电源板的电路图,材料清单以及参考设计建立图.

 

The 6.6 kW Bi-Directional On-Board Charger (OBC) targetshigh-power-density, high-efficiency on-board chargerapplications and features Wolfspeeds new 650V C3M SiCMOSFETs. The C3M0060650D is a 60mΩ, 650V MOSFET inTO-247 package.

In this high density OBC, all SiC MOSFETs are mounted ona tooled AL heat sink, with all magnetics potted internally.

MOSFETs and magnetics meet thermal requirements ona 65C cooling plate. The system delivers 54W/in3 powerdensity and exceeding 96.5% in peak efficiency with 67kHzswitching frequency for CCM totem pole PFC and 150kHz-300kHz for a CLLC resonant converter.
